SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • VIRJA offers free shipping to its customers across India.
  • VIRJA makes all of its jewellery on order; time from order to delivery is normally 21 days. Occasionally it may vary due to complexity which will be communicated in advance to customers.
  • All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
  • VIRJA will inform its customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.
  • At the point of collection, the recipient shall be required to furnish any one of the following Government approved photo identification card:
    • Aadhar card
    • Voters Identification card; or
    • Passport

For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.

  • We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
  • In case of Buyback /Exchange / Upgrade of the product under the respective policies as offered, shipping charges will be borne the customers.
  • All VIRJA Products would be insured during the transit.
  • In an uneventfully rare occasion if your shipment is tampered or lost, you must report to VIRJA immediately.
  • We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped.
