Return, Exchange & Buyback Policy
For any sort of Return-Exchange, Life-Time Exchange or Buyback we shall require the following:
- Original Product
- Original/Copy of Invoice
- Product Certificate
- Valid Government. Id Proof of the person making the Rerurn, /Exchange Request.
1) Return/Exchange of Product
- All VIRJA jewelry is handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated techniques which may not be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
- Returns within 15 days of purchase (Maximum value INR 500000)
- The product can be returned or exchanged along with the solitaire certificate at current prevailing value, with deduction towards making charges & taxes.
- In case of product shipped to us for exchange or buyback VIRJA will charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 1500/-
- Returning the certificate is mandatory, loss of certificate would result in a deduction towards the cost of certification
- VIRJA shall not accept any jewelry which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweler, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified.
- VIRJA reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection.
- Engraved or customized products are not eligible for a 15 Day Money-Back or a 15 Day Exchange. However lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable.
- This service is not applicable for international orders, outside India.
- A customer can exchange their design within 15 days for the full value only once. If the customer wishes to exchange the design a second time, it will be regarded as a Lifetime Exchange.
- 15 Day Money-Back is not applicable on orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 Day Exchange Policy.
- Refund is confirmed once VIRJA's quality assurance team approves the product quality, its original invoice and product certificate.
- Once confirmed, all Refunds shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 2 weeks of receipt of product.
- VIRJA holds the right to refuse any unreasonable or excessive returns.
- Product returned should be in unused condition and not tampered/damaged, else eligibility for returns will be void.
2) Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade Policy
- Exchange or upgrade your jewelry anytime in the future.
- Get credit at prevailing price of metal @ 100% and diamond @ 90% of the goods exchanged except for making charges and taxes (maximum value INR 500000)
- The prevailing market value for Gold, Diamond & Gemstone will be determined by the company
- In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, proportional amount would be deducted from exchange value
- Making charges & taxes would be deducted from the exchange value offered
- Life-Time Exchange shall not be applicable to order pertaining to products sold outside India.
- The exchange shall be subject to the quality check that shall be carried out for the Goods being exchanged by the Company.
- Additional Logistic fee of Rs. 1500/- shall be deducted while determining the exchange Value.
- New order shall be Shipped in Exchange within 21 days after receiving the Original Product.
- Exchange is not applicable on Polki, Pearl & Colored Stones.
- Any change in Life-time exchange value,.i.e. when the exchange value is more than the value of the original product, the customer will be liable to pay the difference in amount. Vice versa, when the exchange value is lesser than the value of the original product, a credit note for the difference in amount will be provided to the customer for later purchase.
3) Buyback Policy
- Sell your jewellery back to us
- Buy back is applicable only when the value of the purchased product is up to Rs.250,000/-
- VIRJA offers value rate of 100% metal weight and 80% of diamonds at prevailing market price
- The prevailing market value for Gold, Diamond & Gemstone will be determined by the company.
- Buyback is not applicable on Polki, Pearl & Colored Stones.
- Any coupon, discount or promo codes were used at the time of the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
VIRJA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
