Resizing & Repair Policy for Virja Gold and Diamond Jewelry Store

At Virja, we understand the importance of a perfect fit and the need for occasional repairs to keep your precious jewelry in pristine condition. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we have formulated the following Resizing & Repair Policy:

  1. Resizing Timeframe: Virja offers complimentary resizing services for rings up to 20 days from the date of purchase. However, please note that resizing may not be possible in certain cases due to design limitations or material constraints. In such situations, Virja will not be responsible for resizing the ring.

  2. Refunds for Resizing: If the cost of resizing the ring is less than the original purchase price, the differential amount will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.

  3. Additional Cost for Resizing: If the cost of resizing the ring exceeds the original purchase price, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer. Virja will communicate the additional charges before proceeding with the resizing.

  4. Refund Processing: In the event of a refund for resizing, the payment will be made through an online bank transfer. The refund will be processed within 10 days from the date of dispatch of the resized product.

  5. Repair Charges: Should your jewelry require any repairs, Virja will undertake the necessary repair or replacement on a case-by-case basis. The charges for repairs will be determined by the company depending on the extent of repair needed.

  6. Shipping Charges: Under the Resizing & Repair Policy, all shipping charges will be borne by the customer. This includes the cost of shipping the jewelry to Virja for resizing or repairs and the return shipping of the resized or repaired product.

  7. Applicability for International Orders: Please note that the Resizing & Repair Policy is applicable only for orders within India. For international orders, customers will need to bear the costs of resizing and repairs separately. We recommend reaching out to our customer support team to discuss the specific requirements for international orders.
